On April 12, a group including Academician Ouyang Minggao of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Vice Director of the Academic Committee of Tsinghua University, and Director of the State Key Laboratory of Automotive Safety and Energy Efficiency, and Li Liguo, Secretary-General of the China Electric Heavy Truck Battery Swap Industry Promotion Alliance, visited the company for inspection and guidance, and conducted technical exchanges.
At the meeting, Academician Ouyang gave a detailed explanation of the development trends of new energy vehicles, the future development direction of energy storage battery cells, and how to use intelligent energy storage systems to achieve energy management of photovoltaic, battery swap stations, power grids, and base station energy storage, and also communicated and coordinated on project cooperation. He stated that as “the capital of China's commercial vehicles”, Shiyan has a strong automotive industry foundation, and hopes to conduct in-depth cooperation with Shiyan's government and enterprises, actively develop the new energy vehicle industry chain, form an automotive industry ecosystem, and allow scientific research to generate economic effects.
This time, taking the “Beijing Academicians and Experts Shiyan Trip” as an opportunity, the company hopes to cooperate with Academician Ouyang's team, Dongfeng Motor Group, and Shiyan new energy enterprises to jointly establish the Shiyan Wudang Laboratory, conduct in-depth cooperation and exchanges, share technological achievements, and achieve innovative development.
