Recently, the industry standard "Assessment Requirements for Green Factories in the Precursor Materials Sector of Lithium-Ion Battery Cathodes" (YS/T 1607-2023), co-developed with the company's participation, has been included by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in China's National Green Factory Evaluation Standards Catalog.

This standard represents the first green and low-carbon assessment framework for the precursor materials sector of lithium-ion battery cathodes. It completes the standard system for lithium-ion battery cathode materials and fills a critical industry gap. Through participation in developing this industry standard, the company has provided clear guidelines and an evaluation framework to facilitate the green transition of the precursor materials industry, making significant contributions to steering and standardizing its sustainable development. The standard covers multiple dimensions—from infrastructure and management systems to energy/resource inputs—delivering a systematic solution for enterprises to achieve green manufacturing.

Adoption of this standard enables precursor material manufacturers to scientifically evaluate and enhance their green manufacturing capabilities. This drives industry-wide improvements in environmental protection and energy efficiency, advancing progress toward global carbon neutrality commitments.
